Founder Story

Customers as Partners

Our founders worked in the aerospace industry for years.  Realizing that the manufacturing needs of the rest of market were being inadequately serviced, they founded Roberts Precision Machine, Inc. in 1987.  We are a precision manufacturing firm located in Monroe, Washington.

From our initial investment in the world class Okuma LB15, to our latest investment in our state of the art Star Swiss Automatic lathe, our commitment has always been to ‘embrace the technology’ and bring the very best the manufacturing industry can provide to serve our customers.

This philosophy can be seen in action today at Roberts Precision Machine, from our CAD/CAM workstations through our training systems, and on the shop floor.

test14 We believe in teamwork, and we can prove it.  We use E2 Shoptech software for shop control, and we have Webview active for use by our customers.  With the click of a mouse you can enter our server space, see all of your orders and quotes, check inventory levels, review your history, and see where your products are on our shop floor. How's that for transparency?

As members of your manufacturing team, we work beside you and for you to assure conformance to your manufacturing requirements, and to facilitate understanding of our processes and methods. We believe that this form of partnership is superior to the supplier/client models of the past.

We have assisted many companies in making the jump from start-up to small company with manufacturing guidance, engineering support and inventory management.
