Our founders worked in the aerospace industry for years.  Realizing that the manufacturing needs of the rest of market were being inadequately serviced, they founded Roberts Precision Machine, Inc. in 1987.  We are a precision manufacturing firm located in Monroe, Washington.

From our initial investment in the world class Okuma LB15, to our latest investment in our state of the art Star Swiss Automatic lathe, our commitment has always been to ‘embrace the technology’ and bring the very best the manufacturing industry can provide to serve our customers.

This philosophy can be seen in action today at Roberts Precision Machine, from our CAD/CAM workstations through our training systems, and on the shop floor.

Our Mission

Roberts Precision Machine, Inc. is an AS9100D registered aerospace manufacturer. We are a manufacturing team specializing in tight tolerance and demanding feature parts, made from stainless steel, aerospace alloys, and cast materials.  We deliver quality parts at competitive prices with prompt and courteous service.

Our team members are highly trained precision machinists, programmers, and tooling designers.  We bring our years of experience to the shop floor, where it benefits you, the customer.  We produce the finest parts made and we do it with pride in craftsmanship, and we carefully consider application of components we manufacture.  This means your assemblies will assemble, and your products will be correct in both form and function and attractively finished. Your customer satisfaction is our highest priority.
